Product Style Modern
Pelleossa is a seating collection that expresses the essence of design through material and structure. Leather and frame meet in perfect balance, creating fluid, light, and ergonomic shapes.
Pelleossa is a collection of designer chairs designed by Rudy Vernier for MIDJ, a project that strips form to the essential, building the design around a direct dialogue between structure and upholstery. Two elements define its identity: the “skin,” made of leather, and the “bones,” consisting of the metal and wood frame that represents its structural core. The leather upholstery, conceived as a standalone element, envelops the structure with precision, fitting like a glove and creating continuous, clean surfaces without visual interruptions. The plywood seat and backrest ensure comfort, stability, and ergonomics, while the metal tubular legs visually lighten the composition without sacrificing solidity. Workmanship is kept to a minimum to showcase the quality of the material: a single perimeter stitching emphasizes the craftsmanship and simplicity of the design. Designed for residential and contract environments, Pelleossa combines formal rigor, comfort, and attention to detail. The possibility of two-tone configurations between front and back expands the compositional possibilities, confirming the identity of a seat designed to naturally interpret contemporary spaces.
